Update Dec. 22, 2012
~ Yes, we are still here! By the way, in case you don’t know it by now, the Mayans never said the world would end December 21, 2012…
Thank you to all the lovely beings who joined our group of 99 people gathered in Bellingham, Washington to celebrate the shift from the 4th Sun Mayan calendar cycle end date of December 21, 2012 to the New Era of the 5th Sun. It was an amazing, uplifting, prayerful, celebratory release of the old and stepping together into the Light of Love and Peace enveloping the planet. We are humbled to share the teachings of the Maya and are so grateful to the elders and teachers who guide us…Mary, Elder Hunbatz Men, Carlos Barrios, Pedro, Diana, Susanna…and more. We thank you.
We feel blessed to connect with so many awesome people, in Bellingham and Seattle, and around the world who are doing such good work…working in the Light…through art, teaching, healing, or, most importantly, being authentic loving spirits.
BIG thanks to Saphir Lewis ~ www.festivalfire.com~ for incredible event planning and execution assistance. We could not have done it without you!
Thank you to James Bauckman, Owner of Revolutionary Productions ~ and the fabulous crew…Tad, Ben, Gary, Tenzing and Heather…for filming and live stream.
Thank you to co-host Eric Clarke and Julie Carpenter Clarke for purchasing a native oak tree, working with the City of Bellingham Parks Department, and planting the tree, along with our despacho (community prayer bundle), on Dec. 22 in Fairhaven Park.
Planning and executing the event and live streaming project along with managing Jim’s radio interviews (and more…including a home remodel in process…and…oh, yes, trying to get ready for the holidays too) was very rewarding but a lot of work.
Peace and Blessings to all!
Love, Jim and Lisa
